The rules and conditions for using Retail Pilot. Please read before using our service.
By messaging Retail Pilot on WhatsApp or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
Retail Pilot is a WhatsApp-based AI assistant providing small Indian shop owners with daily product recommendations, pricing alerts, stock management and festival planning. All interactions happen through WhatsApp — no separate app or account required.
You must not: use the service for illegal or fraudulent activity; reverse-engineer our algorithms; share account access; provide deliberately false data; use automated bots; or violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service.
Retail Pilot owns all rights to our brand, algorithms, software and design. You own all shop and product data you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process your data to deliver the service.
Retail Pilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, accuracy of all recommendations or specific profit outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend access for Terms violations, non-payment or harmful use, with notice except for serious violations.
Your use is also subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Terms. Message delivery is not guaranteed due to platform, connectivity or device factors outside our control.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage resolving issues informally via WhatsApp first.
We will notify active users via WhatsApp at least 14 days before significant changes. Current Terms always at retailpilot.in/terms.html.
